I believe therapy is a very personal experience, and that I am honored to walk with each individual who chooses to work with me on their journey. I believe in empowering my clients to move towards the life they wish to live, using their value-based action steps and goals, knowing that they are in the "driver's seat" of their therapy. I'm here to encourage, support, help with accountability, teach new skills, and cheer you on, in the path you choose. I am an independently licensed social worker with over 22 years of experience in the field. I have a strong background in DBT, CBT, CPT, ACT, PE, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, Attachment Therapy, Addictions, and have worked extensively with those who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues. I am also certified in Telehealth Counseling.
